Overview

What Notive is, who it is for, and how a handover note flows from a carer’s voice to a compliant record.

Notive is an Australian aged-care handover platform that turns a carer’s spoken observations into a structured, compliant progress note in under 90 seconds. Carers speak naturally; the platform transcribes and summarises into the facility’s template; managers review, audit and export.

Who it is for

  • Residential aged care facilities and community providers operating in Australia.
  • Care staff who document against shift-based routines (morning, afternoon, night, or custom shifts).
  • Facility managers responsible for oversight, incident review and compliance reporting.

How a note is created

  1. Carer signs in with Staff ID + PIN and selects the resident for their current shift.
  2. Carer taps Record and speaks any observations relevant to the shift.
  3. The audio is transcribed, then summarised into the selected template.
  4. Carer reviews the draft, flags any RN follow-up or incident, and finalises.
  5. The note is locked, audited, and available to the manager dashboard immediately.
