Notive uses a flat-rate model tailored to each facility. Your plan reflects your facility's profile — the number of staff, residents, and shift frequency — so you're never charged based on how often or how long your team records.

Failed transcriptions (e.g. network errors) do not count toward usage.
Editing a transcript or rewriting a summary does not consume additional audio.
"Record more" gap-filling clips are included in your plan.
Managers can review transcription activity in the manager dashboard.
