How long does it take to document a resident?+

Most carers complete a handover note in under 90 seconds per resident. For a group of 5 residents, you're typically done in under 10 minutes — without writing or typing a word.

What if the AI misunderstands something I said?+

You always review the note before finalising. Nothing becomes a permanent record until you explicitly approve it — you can read, edit, and correct everything before it's locked. The AI assists. You decide.

Where is our data stored, and how is it protected?+

All resident data is stored in Sydney, Australia on encrypted servers. Voice recordings are transcribed and immediately deleted — no audio is ever retained. Role-based access means staff can only see their own residents, and every action is logged with a timestamp and user identity.

Can notes be changed after they're finalised?+

No. Once a note is finalised, it is permanently sealed and cannot be altered by anyone. If an error is discovered, an addendum can be created and attached to the original record — both are preserved in the audit trail, maintaining a complete and accurate history.

Is Notive hard for staff to learn?+

Not at all. There's nothing to install and nothing to memorise. If your staff can speak and tap a button, they can use Notive. Most carers are fully comfortable in their first shift — we configure everything for you before you start.

How much does it cost, and is there a contract?+
