Shift tiles
Each resident active for the facility appears as a tile on the dashboard. Tiles show whether the note for the current shift is complete, in progress, or not yet started.
Handover alerts
If the previous shift flagged RN follow-up or an incident within the last 12 hours, those notes surface as "Handover alerts" at the top of the dashboard. Tap an alert to read the full note, and Dismiss once actioned.
Missed shifts
If a resident was missed on a prior shift within the last 24 hours, you can add a note retroactively — it is clearly labelled as backdated for audit.
