Frequently asked questions about Notive.

Is any audio stored?

No. Audio is transcribed transiently and immediately discarded. Only the text transcript is retained.

Where is data stored?

In Sydney, Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2). Data is never stored outside Australia. Offshore processing is transient and subject to zero-data-retention agreements.

What happens if the internet drops mid-recording?

Drafts are saved locally in the browser. Once connectivity is restored the draft continues from where it was.

Can a finalised note be corrected?

Finalised notes are locked. If a correction is required, a new note for the same resident and shift can be added; the old note remains in the audit record and is marked as superseded.

Does Notive replace clinical judgement?

No. Notive structures documentation; it does not provide clinical advice. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified staff.
